If your facility handles petroleum products, gases, solvents, explosive dust, or any flammable substance — a standard motor siren is not permitted. The siren must be certified flameproof (Ex d) by an Indian statutory body.

Our flameproof sirens carry both PESO and CIMFR certification. Test certificates are supplied with every unit — no extra cost.

Zone Classification

✓Zone 1 — Explosive atmosphere likely during normal operation. Pump rooms, compressor houses, solvent storage, loading bays.

✓Zone 2 — Explosive atmosphere unlikely but possible. Paint booths, tank farm perimeters, loading bays (Class IIA & IIB).

✓Group IIC — Hydrogen, acetylene — the most demanding group. Our Ex d IIC rating covers all industrial gases.
