A hooter or siren tells workers something is happening. A voice announcement tells them exactly what to do. The MT-PSH Voice Announcement System plays pre-recorded messages through PA horn speakers at programmed times — eliminating ambiguity at shift change, emergency alerts, and safety briefings.
Workers in PPE zones, noisy production areas, and workers who cannot read notice boards respond faster to a clear spoken announcement than to a tone they must interpret.
Workers ask: was that lunch break or shift end? With voice, the message is unambiguous — "Shift A workers please proceed to assembly point."
Manual PA systems require an operator to make announcements at the right time. Voice announcement systems run automatically on schedule — no operator needed.
A Hindi-speaking supervisor cannot make an effective PA announcement for Tamil-speaking workers. Pre-recorded messages in the workers' own language solve this entirely.
We record your messages in a professional studio — in your chosen languages, with your specific content. Shift start, shift end, emergency, evacuation, safety reminders. Included in the product price.
Messages are stored on a USB flash drive inserted in the unit. Updating a message means recording a new file and copying it to the drive — no technician required.
Assign each message to a time and day — up to 25 events per day. The real-time clock triggers playback at the correct moment.
The 48W built-in amplifier drives PA horn speakers mounted at the required locations. Coverage per speaker: 100–150 metres in open air.
A dry contact input allows external triggers — fire panel, PLC, push button — to play a specific message immediately, overriding the schedule.
